HYATT house Scottsdale/Old Town

Preis - /Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Großzügige Apartments mit guter Ausstattung. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Old Town Scottsdale und Fashion Square fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Hotel liegt in guter Lage zu Old Scottsdale. Leider war an dem Wochenende ein Golftunier und die Herren feierten ihre Abschläge am Pool ausgiebig. Trotzdem kan ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe zur Old Town Scottsdale. Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr guter Sevice.

Keys did not open door had to go back to reception no elevator reception desk too far. Had to change room. 2nd room smelled like cigarettes

Stayed at the HYATT house Scottsdale/Old Town for a 2nd time for a trip to Phoenix. Great set up for the rooms, and great price.

The room was gross snot on the sheets used dental floss on the night stand. The door knob fell off a/c vent wouldn't open front door won't open because hit scraped the floor half way. The garbage disposol didn't work. Windows look like they weren't cleaned in 10 years kids finger print smeared all over. We went and bought new sheets and our trash was piling up in the corner because they weren't going to clean for 3 days it was gross. We asked to change rooms but they were full. We had called ahead to make sure the bar was open and the breakfast was still the hot cooked one they advertised they said yes but they were not. the breakfast was bad nothing stock no silverware oj milk ect just bad.

My rating falls between fair and good, I will recommend this hotel for sure with caveat. During my 7 day trip (1 Adult, 2 Children) I stayed in two different hotels, Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale and Hyatt house Scottsdale/Old town. I paid Hilton $ 357.90 for 3 nights and I paid Hyatt $707.88 for 4 nights. Let me first say where Hilton beats Hyatt. Both Hotels are conveniently located to Fashion Square Mall, Ample restaurants. Hilton: Room Service, you pick up the phone ask for a towel, with in 2 minutes there will be a knock on your door with a person having your towel. Daily room service is great where you can schedule at your conveninece. Break fast - chef cooked and served hot with Spacious dinning room. Mattress and pillows are the best. I give 5 stars for Hilton front desk. Last but not the least amenities are great. Hyatt: Hyatt Amenity is basic they did not have lotion. In Hyatt, you will have to walk to the front desk for towels, Shampoo, soap. Room Service is once in 4 days. Standard continental Breakfast. I had 2 separate bedrooms (2 king size bed) with living room and kitchen. Sofa and dinning table are good. Kitchen have basic utensils and flatware. Though Hyatt have opportunity for improvement it is a good hotel to stay. I sure will recommend Hyatt.

Place needs serious updating. Loud party going on in apartment complex next store until 4:00 a.m. Overall very mediocre and not that cheap. Location good.
