Sollte man einen frühen Abflug vom Flughafen Pudong haben, oder sehr spät ankommt, dann ist dieses Hotel ideal. Preislich vernünftig und direkt zwischen der Maglev(Transrapid)-Station und der Metro, also in der Mitte zwischen den Terminals 1 und 2 gelegen ist man vom Gepäckband aus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Hotellobby. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und nicht zu laut, die Leute an der Rezeption können einigermaßen Englisch und sind sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück hatte ich keines, da ich Loungezutritt bei Air-China habe.

Perfect location at PVG airport. The only miss was that the window did not close properly which caused a little noise. Hotel staff is doing their best however their command of english language is limited.

The location is the biggest highlight: walking distance to both terminals at Shanghai Pudong airport. Rooms are well-priced. Getting to the hotel by car is ridiculously difficult. The meals are limited buffets with only Chinese food options. Breakfast and dinner must be paid for in-person. The food is not particularly great. The rooms are functional and clean. The TV only shows programs in standard definition and only state TV channels. The interior has a nice style.

Good point: very strategic position in the middle of the airport, best solutions for taking a flight after a rest. Rooms are quite good. Bad points: No any relevant services: gym is open only from 9am, the floor of the room was dirty.

The room was clean and the location was great for a 1am arrival for an overnight. Don’t expect a plush mattress…it is hard, but adequate to get a few hours sleep before your next flight. The bathroom was clean and the shower felt great the next morning. No breakfast is provided. I was in the north hotel. Apparently all the rooms there start with the number 6. The desk clerk did not explain this. My room was 6557. I went to the 6th floor, all the way to the end of the hall only to find out there was no 6557 on that floor. I thus had to drag my luggage back down to the reception desk and was told my room was on the 5th floor. Also, note that you have to go outside of the secure area and through baggage claim to get to the hotel. From baggage claim, you need to go up one level and follow the signs to the hotel down a long corridor. The elevators to the hotel will be inside columns in a sort of circular atrium area. Watch for the hotel sign on the columns. Be sure you make reservations in advance.

Very handy for an overnight stay. You can walk out of arrivals and follow signs. Takes about 5 to 10 minutes. All undercover. Once at hotel take lift to first level and exit lift you can see either south or north building. The rooms are very clean and modern in the south building where I stayed. A two single bed room is cheaper than a 1 bed room. Don’t know why. Only negative is everything is in Chinese with no allowance for international travelers and their wants and needs. I would definitely use again on my next visit as and when that will be . This is a review of the south building of the hotel. I’m
