My room was filthy. Toilet had urine on seat & bowl, all linens were wrinkled and bed was sunken in the middle. Manager said they were short staffed and housekeeping was just trained. No excuse in this day and age of Covid.

We picked this hotel because it was the closest to where we needed to go and had good reviews. I cannot recomend this hotel. Our room was filthy and needed maintenance. It had not been vacuumed, there were food particles stuck to the desk and paperwork on the desk, the refrigerator was dirty, there were crumbs on desk, hairs in the bathroom, and something that looked like semen on the bedspread and chair. The room also needed repairs. The door would only open halfway, there were missing lightbulbs, there were cigarette stains on the tub, there were chips and discolorations on both the toilet and tub, the shower curtain was ratty, the bedspreads were also worn and stained, and the sheets were stained. When we tried to get gelp from the front desk they were not responsive. We had to turn to hotels.com for assistance. We stayed one night because of near whiteout conditions and then moved to another hotel. We were promised we could leave and get a refund for the remaining days. Since this was decided right before checkout we were told we could leave after the posted checkout time without penalty. And yet, we were spitefully charged for an extra day at checkout and are now working on disputing the charge. Its been a nightmare. There were very few people staying at that hotel and now I know why. There is nothing i can recommend about this hotel. A dirty hotel room is never okay, but during COVID its completely unacceptable. And paying for it twice? Outrageous!

Property was not clean and rooms were no exception. Thermostat was broken phone was filthy as was remote. Bathroom was dirty with a pile of dust in corners

The motel is is a lovely area and a great place for walks away from highly commercial areas, but a close drive to them. Motel itself was fine. Because of Covid, breakfast was given in a bag and was identical every morning. The hot tub was barely warm, but again maybe because there were so few visitors to use it. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

There was a really strong smell from the air freshener that triggered headaches for me and my eldest child. There was no water available from the front desk without cash and no atm on site for a cash payment. Patrons in the lobby did not have masks on, but the political propaganda they wore explained why they didn’t have masks. Our family won’t be staying at this franchise again.

The room was not very clean. The vending machines were empty. I have stayed here before & was very disappointed this time.

Nice place to stay, tucked away just a bit off the highway so you don’t feel like you are in the big city.

It was okay but free breakfast was just juice and coffee.

The front desk clerk who checked us in was rude. Not much interaction and no greeting. Matter of fact.
