Econo Lodge new Reno-Sparks Convention Center

Worst hotel ever! First Room was very, very dirty, worn off really disgusting. Second room after complaining only really worn off - didn´t look close enough: ugly stains on bed... Hotel doesn´t answer when contacted - customer has the disadvantage. If this is the last hotel I´ll prefer sleeping on the road!

This place is not a place for a family to stay at. Hotel rooms are nasty and smell rally bad.

Check in was ok. Room was ok. Non Smoking building however a balcony with used cigarette butts still on it. Parking did not feel safe. After dark i would not go out as neighborhood is pretty sketchy. It is a shame because location is walkable to Midtown and even Downtown. And to make my point even clearer a Homicide happened on property that morning. I will not stay here again.

Very dirty, dingy place. First room they gave me had a used mask, trash, and a bra inside. They moved me to a second room which was cleaner but falling apart. Only hot air from the room fan.

We enjoyd the stay. Nice rooms. With patios. Could not be happier for the price.

The staff knew us from several earlier stays, and were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.This is a remodeled older motel. and rates are kept low, though the rooms are roomy and fully equipped. There was one single problem, which seems to be a perenniel one --the door card-keys just don't work more than once or twice and one has to go down to the office to get a replacement. This is a little inconvenient, and they really ought to fix the problem. But both of us were very pleased with the place and were glad to be back there. We will no doubt sta there again..

It was not the cleanest place or the nicest place. But worked for what we needed . Wife and I went to scout out Reno for future residence and this hotel was not in the best neighborhood so plan a stay

wifi was down on friday ,front desk was able to fix it for saturday the next day

We asked for adjoining rooms they said there weren't any but there were some. The toilet flushed slowly. The room didn't have a coffee maker like they said they had them in the rooms. They room key would deactivate every day even if it was not close to any other credit cards or anything to deactivate it.
