Gold tier perks? Not here
Don’t check into this hotel expecting to claim the benefits of being a gold tier member. Was refused upgrade even when there was availability and offered a smaller cheaper room as an upgrade. The staff lied saying no availability till i showed them on multiple sites there was even on their own website. After contacting hotels.com to resolve this they still refused. I even had to let them know breakfast was included as my perks to which they reluctantly agreed. Marketed as a vip property but doesn’t cater to the vip clients hotels.com brings them.
Hotel facilities are great and so is the location. But let down by the staff at check in who also gossiped about us in Russian thinking we couldn’t understand because we spoke english at check in.
