SpringHill Suites by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

Stayed on Dec 20 for a pickup of my Army son and wife flying in to BWI. Great location. Was at gate in under 5 minutes and didn't have to use the highway. Hotel staff was great. Very nice room.

Bed bugs!!! We had bites all over our body. The had bits everywhere. Took pictures of the bug bad killed it.it was full of our blood. Horrible experience. So not stay at Springhill Suites BWI. We went for my 50th Birthday, just a quick getaway. Worst experience ever. The lights in the bathroom let going out I had to change rooms three times. First room has bed bugs, second room smelled and had stains all over the couch, carpet was dirty. Finally got a decent room if you think decent is lights out I’m bathroom and and toilet tan all not. Water smelled bad so t drink the water. Ice machine didn’t work and worried everyday about seeing more bed bugs. Stay clear from this hotel. Honest review. I will say though the only nice part of the trip was Ashley she tried to accommodate as much as she could. Upper Management after the fact was horrible. They seems to not care at all. Managenment was horrible.

Great stay the lady up front was very nice and helpful! Rooms were very nice definitely would come back.

The bathtub did not drain after taking a shower. The worst part was that I notified staff and noone came to try to remedy the situation. I will not be staying here again.

They were biased against gay people and just rude to the point the front desk lady named Sam made my wife cry . Worst experience yet

The place was conveniently located. The rooms were fairly clean had to get my bed changed as the sheets had spots prior to me getting in them. The service was great and overall it was a decent place to stay for a fair price.

STAY WAS OK, I HAD TO SWITCH ROOMS AFTER TAKING A SHOWER BECAUSE WATER WOULDN'T DRAIN. HOTEL NEEDS UPDATE, 2ND ROOM HAD WATER STAINS ON CEILING, BUCKLED WALL PAPER. IT SERVED ITS PURPOSE. AMENITIES WEREN'T AVAILABLE BECAUSE OF COVID-19

The fire alarm went off twice the first night because of water leak. Second time fire alarm went off the morning I was doing work and had to change, pack and leave the building and there was no fire. Not a pleasant experience.

We came to visit the Baltimore/Frederick vicinities for a wedding & to visit friends. We chose this hotel mostly because of it’s close proximity to BWI Airport & because it had an airport shuttle. After checking in, we were informed they no longer had an airport shuttle, but they were Still trying to get it off their webpage. After we dropped off our rental car, Kayla ( clerk on duty) was able to arrange a shuttle from the airport for us from Doubletree. That arrangement was also to include an 11am pick up today to the airport. That was apparently not communicated well with Doubletree & today’s clerk had to call them again. But, that wasn’t the worst part of our stay, the Fire Alarm going off at 4 am, 7:30 am , 9:30am & 10:30 am definitely take that spot. All of this interruption in our sleep was bad enough ( we actually did go outside at the first alarm - it was a ruptured pipe, the water hit the alarm), but, my wife has vertiginous seizures with flashing lights- this necessitated additional medication! When we complained, we were told because we booked this 3rd party, we would receive no compensation for this horrendous experience, but, if, we wanted to come back & book through them we could receive only half off 1 night.... Seriously????
