NEhotel Nueva Estancia

Nice property, my 2nd time there. Don't book a room by the pool. Dark dingy dated rooms. Noisy also. Rooms in the tower are renovated, bright and quiet. There were room service dirty dishes left by the pool for 3 days. No one came to collect them. Pleasant helpful staff. I would stay there again, but in the tower.

very nice hotel and also close to plaza de la piel and downtown, and have also great restaurants.

Overall very good! Breakfast is wonderful, bell boy and front desk service superb, nice decor overall in the hotel! Gym is just ok could use some updating! beds are ok, pillows your typical Mexican hard squares!

Shower does not work properly like 3 drops an hour No hot water Room check inn was like 4 hours after normal The only good thing about this hotel is one or two people (bellboys) Eduardo in particular is a great person and helped me with my bags and explained the hotel functions

The first room we got was on the second floor which seemed outdated. There were carpet nails sticking out on two areas and my daughters stepped on them. Management fixed it right away. The second room was gorgeous and on the first floor. However, we found small roaches and the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot. The toilet didn’t flush all the way, you’d had to flush at least twice for it to go away. My main complaint was management charging me for parking when I didn’t even have a car. Other than that staff was friendly and the food was amazing!
