Super schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Frühstück.
Die Zimmer sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch sehr schön.

Needs finesse to match other equivalent hotels
Good service and room was fine but really missing the extras to make this a real all star experience. Internet was shocking (i have stayed in may cebu hotels and not had an issue before) and could not do video call, had to use data. Also the little things were missing, like slippers, good toiletries which is pretty standard in equivalent 4 star hotels.

Decent place to stay
Decent hotel, the lobby area looks great with a good choice of restaurants. The room was a little tired though with furniture and fittings showing their age

The shuttle bus Down to the Antaya shopping centre is a big pull! Also the staff are excellent and really go out of their way to make sure stay positive and pleasing. Also excellent attention to detail by general manager Anders who runs the hotel to perfection

Love the Ambassador room and access to the ambassador club! Felt really spacious the rooms and the food was delicious.

I have a bad experience with their medical team there is no assistance from like they’re discriminating my husband. My husband was sick due to long travel and delay of the flight and he got sick and he went to their clinic hecwas only given note from the doctor to have some tests and tell him to go the hospital and admit yourself there. And let him ride a taxi going to the hospital alone. They did not even a medicine or pain reliever as if they want my husband to go out of the hotel and go to the hospital without their assistance and its a long story after that. I have a very bad experience in that hotel and I paid almost thousand for my stay. If I can only dispute my payment because its worth the stay the money I paid a lot. If I only knew I did not booked for 11days. My husband did not sleep there for a day after he went to the dr. The dr gave him some medicine to buy and gave some tests and its ok. On the next he went back to the hotel and the staff keep on calling in the room to follow up on him and my niece who answered and scolded them that he is ok he already went to the dr. And another one called again thats the time my niece get mad and told how many time you will call us thats already discrimination. We already tortured and stress in that hotel. This is my worse stay in that hotel.
