Hotel was fantastic and the staff was excellent from the security guard right to the person cleaning the rooms. Location is fabulous

Amazing room and views.

A truly first class hotel located in a perfect location overlooking the bay with lots of restaurants nearby. No whales this time of year but a great location during whale spotting season.

Outstanding food and service. Perfect location, you just don't want to leave the hotel. The warm pool on the cloudy day was marvelous.

Amazing property and location

Incredible views and beautiful rooms. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment. Awful shower and tiny bath. In the room we stayed there was only a blind in front of the bathroom window which was completely see through from outside at night when the light was on inside. I hence had showers in the dark at night. The towels provided were small and skimpy - one would expect large luxurious towels in a 5 star hotel. Overall a wonderful experience and this will remain my hotel of choice to stay in Hermanus.

We really love the hotel and its location, but in winter it is very different, the cold cuts thru the rooms and the windows really need to be replaced, as many of them have gaps or don't close and all are single glazing. Thank heavens for the heated A/C. Breakfast was good and the complimentary mini bar was a nice touch.

Absolutely luxurious and beautiful hotel!! Staff service was outstanding and the decor was stunning - one of the best boutique hotels we’ve stayed in.

Outstanding hotel. Best position with ocean view; great walk along the cliff for whales spotting; delicious food; lavish breakfast; staff curtesy. All to contribute to a memorable experience.
