Great location, right across the street from the bus station to the airport. Breakfast buffet has good selection. Friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious but needs a little maintenance (door is tight on frame so makes noise when closing and toilet has water drops noise constantly)

Great value for great position
The staff were very friendly and helpful but did take a long time to find a room for us.
The lobby was in great condition as was the breakfast room but the room we were given was old and worn out.
The toilet was loose and moved , the seat was disgusting. There was mould on the bathroom ceiling and all the grout in the tiles was mouldy.
The carpet in the bedroom and hallway of our level was threadbare and fraying.
The bed was comfortable and sheets clean but not so the pillow.
Location was fabulous and hopefully they will bring the rooms up to the standard of the lobby.

Whilst this medium size hotel might rate barely a 2-star back home in NZ, it is its location on 9 Julio Ave just 2 blocks from the Obelisk, its great breakfast and reasonable price for 3 people that make this hotel worth a stay.

This was the most awful hotel ever! We had to switch rooms twice because the first room was horrible with very nasty carpets, the second room was less horrible looking but the toilet broke and started to flood the bathroom plus the internet was not working. When we finally settled in the third room, the safe broke and we were unsafe leaving our laptop and passports. The staff couldn’t care less about the clients, and the hotel hasn’t seen maintenance in a long time. Not to mention that the breakfast was horrendous: canned fruit, stale croisssants, and watery yogurt. An all around HORRIBLE hotel!

To future guests: avoid buying tourist packages from the front desk hotel staff members. They resell them overpricing more than 40% of real cost. For example, they sold me a citytour package for 750 pesos but the real cost was only 500 pesos. I realized about this situation during the tour itself when the guide began asking for payment to the people that did not buy in advance.
