Room was very comfortable and quiet. However, 2 mornings there was NO WATER for a couple of hours. Should have been given a discount. hotel said it was a city thing, but very inconvenient when you need to shower and prepare for the day. Food was average, and overpriced. I have stayed here quite a few times and always have a fantastic time. Although it seems to have been run down by the previous owners Corinthia we still had a fantastic time. Large clean room with lovely castle view, fantastic rooftop pool and spa with a view of the city, great staff nice breakfast and all for a reasonable price. The hotel is right next to the metro so has excellent links to the centre. Wish we had had the weather to match. Also miss the old bowling alley in the basement that was amazing.

Happy but ultimately disappointed
The convenience of the hotel was perfect. Unfortunately, my bag wheel was completely broken off when stored with luggage service at the hotel. Understandable things happy however I had to prompt the conversation and request the broken wheel that had just been left on the shelf my bag was stored and no further support or discussion was entertained rather blaming of other staff.
