The hotel was nice. When we arrived for check-in the parking garage was full. I have never been to the area so I was unfamiliar with everything, the front desk clerk said my only option was to drive around until I found a pay parking lot or metered parking. The room was nice and clean. Under “additional amenities” in the description of the hotel states “accessible pool”. My kids were looking forward to swimming. We asked front desk where the pool was located and were informed there is no pool. That was disappointing. Other than the parking and no pool, the stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Let me start with an apology for all of the good hotels that we have had prior to this one for not leaving a review of praise. We booked this hotel room based on its reviews and recommendation thru hotels.com. We booked this hotel at 10:42pm on a Saturday night. There were plenty of rooms to choose from in the app. We arrived at the hotel at 11:25pm. After taking more than 15-20 mins to get us checked in we arrived to a room that was already occupied. We went back to the desk the front desk only to be told that there weren’t any clean rooms available and there would be a short wait until they could get us our room. After waiting an hour we finally got in our room around 12:45am which was poorly cleaned in an obvious rush job to bet us our room. The only thing that was done was a changing of the linens, there were greedy hand prints, hair, foot prints, food crumbs etc throughout the entire room, including the bathroom! This hotel is brand new and in a great location however it won’t last very long under these circumstances. We were not the only ones waiting for our room, as there was a large family who also had to wait for their room as long as we did if not longer. The front desk showed little to no remorse for our inconvenience and told us that we could call hotels.com if we had any complaints or concerns during our stay. I’m not looking for a hand out I am only asking that my room is available as advertised upon my late night arrival after traveling on the road for 6 hours!

Hotel was very clean , very nice staff they had grab and go breakfast but they dont have microwaves in the room so im not sire why they boxed them up cause if you just grabbed and go the sandwiches werent cooked yet . Bed was pretty firm the walls seem thin can hear your neighbors pretty well . Overall though very nicee and would stay there again, thoight is was very decent priced

Everything was great, friendly staff, even breakfast being covid hindered was better tham of my other stays.
