Playacar Palace All Inclusive

Playacar Palace was an amazing hotel whose staff make you feel like you're family! I was hesitant to travel anywhere during Co-Vid, but Playacar took additional steps to keep all of their guests safe and their hotel clean. The staff is friendly and always go above and beyond for their guests. Their food is amazing and the drinks are delicious! There was a food item we wanted and was not on the menu and the restaurant staff said they would make it for us! That was so nice of them! The hotel is located right by Quinta Avenida if you want to take a stroll in the downtown area. I have stayed at dozens of resorts and this has been my favorite one! I would love to stay at this resort again.

What an amazing stay overall. From the moment of picking us up from the airport to dropping us back off, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The Resort took safety very seriously during these COVID times. We stayed in the Governor’s Suite and it was beautiful.

The resort was wonderful. They did run out of some of the items throughout the week due to covid, but everything else was very good. We have stayed at many palace resorts and the biggest difference in this resort was the friendliness of the staff. They seemed “put off” to go above and beyond. Having said that we had a great time!

It’s is not the most flamboyant hotel . But it is well maintained ,clean and the staff is always eager to help. I recommend the Japanese restaurant , great hibachi show and the a la Carte dishes are good too . You can visit the Cozumel Palace and enjoy The restaurants the water activities for free.

Property is beautifully situated on the beach and walking distance to main avenue. Great food and rooms. Not many food options. 2 restaurants and a buffet. Also nightly activities are done by 10pm. Great for older people, couples and families with young children

Nice welcome upon arrival, were greeted with flowers, chilled hand towel,( which was amazing after traveling) and a refreshing drink!! Bell hop showed us to our beautiful room, which faced the ocean and a partial pool view. Very Very clean and beautifully decorated hotel, and the aroma throughout the hotel is so wonderful, I bought some,to bring back home. Room service was all included in the all inclusive pkg. which was nice, the restaurants had excellent food and amazing service! Loved sitting at the pool and beach , being waited on by some awesome waiters and waitresses!! The pool was very clean!! As well as the beach and ocean, this resort and the staff were all AMAZING!! All the drinks were great, they have everything you could want or ask for!! Great property if you like a smaller resort that is very personal, and the pool and beach are right outside your door!! Definitely will return!!

Service was terrific. Food and drinks were fantastic. Security was visible. Property was clean and beautiful
