Great location and great service
We took a very last minute New Years trip and they couldn’t have been nicer. The room was beautiful and immaculate. This is my favorite place to stay in New Haven and I will continue to book here whenever I travel to the area.

The room was spacious and clean. Lots of light, quiet area even though it’s in the downtown area. Good food all around. Front desk was friendly, approachable and more than accommodating. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is great, very convinient. Room deisgn is very pleasant and spacious. Clean, comfort and service are all great! The couple things missing would be a coffee maker in teh room and some USB charging ports. We are in 2020 now. The city view room is a little noisy in the night, and no pets floor is not available, for someone has allergy to pets needs to be aware..

In the middle of Yale Campus.
We stayed here because it was in the middle of everything. Just the facts: 1. Rooms are clean but small. 2. Parking is Valet in the tower's basement. Small spaces. 3. Cannot comment on restaurant/bar due to Covid closure. 4. Lobby has an attractively different appearance. 5. Best for folks who want to be in middle of Yale Campus.

Clean place with very helpful staff
My partner and I stayed here to see family we hadn't seen since before COVID. This was a great place to stay as the staff let us use their now-closed restaurant, so that we could easily pick food up somewhere and then eat indoors at different tables. The staff was helpful in many other ways such as bringing up to our room whatever we might need since staff doesn't enter during your stay. The hotel is also near many stores, restaurants, and the beautiful grounds of Yale. Very good place to have a base for a socially-distanced family visit.
