Very good hotel with a old gym
Good hotel. Very nice new rooms. The hotel is great located and well run. The only thing should be done urgently is the gym. Not well maintained and does not fit modern standards anymore...

The hotel is old, but having said that, it was comfortable, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Suite was spacious. I think the photos are a little old. for location to the Soi district, it was perfect. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from. All staff were helpful and friendly. For the price, it was OK.

Hotel in good location
Ask hotel concierge for airport drop Off cost $500 Thai baht the driver is inexperienced don’t know his way around the suvannaphumi airport it’s probably better to get the taxi metre down the road might be cheaper

Worst hotel I’ve ever been in. Check in took 30 minutes while staff just lay idle. Concierge watched as we struggled with luggage. The room was filthy and we cleaned anything we needed to touch with antiseptic wipes and they ended up black it was that dirty. Breakfast was a joke with poor choice and it fact dangerous keeping hot food at cold to medium temperature. Chicken products in particular Luke warm. Swimming pool area was also filthy. Whole hotel including all staff we met needs upgraded. Will never return.

Value and proximity to all you need for dining and
this is my go to hotel when in Bangkok, close to BTS station, with lots of dining options, good staff, especially the concierge, good guys

Filthy hotel covered in roaches, thieving staff
The rooms, especially kitchenettes are crawling with roaches. They cant get rid of them I asked them twice and they wouldn't leave a bug spray so I bought my own.
They didn't clean the room daily, even when I left the sign on and requested it twice.
Thieving staff, the woman at the check in desk Marin stole my deposit of 1000 baht and did not give me a receipt; when it was visible on the camera the rude and terrible manager Sonthi would not refund it. He would not let me view the camera without a police statement and when I brought it he still did not allow me to view till I insisted with police officer.
Absolutely rude and unprofessional service. They use a poor grasp of English as an excuse for bad service.

Disgusting state of the kitchen.
Constantly crawling with roaches, I specifically requested a high room when booking but was given a room 1 floor up from parking.
Roaches come out during the day and they leave no bug spray.
Trash wasn't taken out for the entire stay.
Dishonest, thieving staff who defrauded me of my refund upon checkout.
They don't state when booking that you'll pay a 1000 baht deposit, but you pay upon arrival which is fine.
The dishonest receptionist Marin doesn't write a receipt but tells you to pay after swiping a card for your room.
Whe you check out the simply don't state it.
I asked for my deposit and they refused, asking for a receipt they'd never written and never given.
