Super atención.
Excelente atención, las habitaciones muy cómodas y una vista inigualable de Acapulco, a pesar del paso del huracán, lo pudieron resolver y esta excelente, yo me hospede con mi esposa, pero en el grupo con quienes estuvimos en Acapulco éramos 27 personas y ecidimos desayunar el buffet de esta propiedad ($180.00), la verdad la atención fue excelente, incluso para el dia 2, solicitamos que si nos podían agregar al buffet consomé de barbacoa, fue genial, super deliciosa y todos quedamos contentos, muchas gracias a todo el personal. Dios les bendiga.

Lo que nos gusto es el hotel en general, a pesar de no ser una construcción reciente, se nota el trabajo por mantener todas las instalaciones en buen estado y con un aspecto que agrada al huésped para hacerlo pasar una estancia sumamente agradable. El loby, el billar, el ajedrez, los jardines, parecieran que son detalles pero es lo que hace la diferencia para una estadía a gusto y sin duda querer regresar. Situado en una zona tranquila y modesta por ser parte del Acapulco tradicional. Sin duda lo mejor de todo es la vista desde la habitación. El desayuno buffet, modesto pero con buen sabor, sin duda vale la pena para iniciar el día. La atención de todo el personal excelente, serviciales y pendientes de lo que pueda uno necesitar en todo momento y buen trato desde la entrada hasta el personal de recepción y limpieza. Se nota que les agrada su trabajo.

Primer punto y muy importante qué no hay teléfono dentro de las habitaciones y hay que bajar hasta la recepción para cualquier situación que haya que aclarar segundo tuve que bajar a pedir toallas porque nunca me pusieron completas tercero sin wi-fi para poder comunicarse

No wifi in the rooms only in the large lobby! It is a large hotel and the restaurant is not good! The food is for Mexicans only. Large families by the bus load with their screaming kids come on weekends. Taxi needed to go to downtown Acapulco.
