All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything.
Guests are required to follow all regional and building-specific COVID-19 policies. We continue to employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable.

The Space:
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed, a couch, and a queen-sized air mattress. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Fort Worth! The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! This apartment is near a train track and tends to be noisy.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

The Neighborhood:
Just 30 miles west of Dallas sits Fort Worth, TX. Western heritage is abundant in this city; in the late 19th century, it was a popular trading post for cowboys. Nowadays, you can experience the culture throughout the city. Our suite is located in Downtown For Worth, which has diverse restaurants and a vibrant arts scene. Check out the Fort Worth Convention Center, the Fort Worth Water Gardens, and the Bass Performance Hall while you’re in town.

Getting Around:
Traveling throughout Fort Worth is simple thanks to the Trinity Metro public transportation system. The suite is close to multiple bus lines, including the Dash, which stops at many of the city’s most popular attractions. Walking, biking, and using rideshare apps are also incredibly popular in the area.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule!

At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star experience to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Quiet Hours
9pm-7am, daily. As with most communities, please keep music, movies, or other noise to a conversational level during the quiet hours.

Noise Monitoring
To ensure we’re being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with a noise sensor that measures decibels. There is no recording of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living area. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level, our Trust and Safety team will receive a notification and message you. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor becomes disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Please do not contact building staff. While our property partners know you’re staying with us, they will be unable to help with questions or concerns. For anything at all, tap the pink icon in the bottom right to talk to a live Frontdesk specialist.

Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind, will not be tolerated. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed.

Mind the keys
The lockbox must remain locked at all times (if applicable). Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If the keys are lost or unreturned a fee of up to $300 dollars will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

Packages and Mail Delivery
Please do not send anything to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

Guests and Events
The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. If you are anticipating more people please updated your reservation and confirm by messaging our city team prior to their arrival. Building events and celebrations are for permanent residents of this property only and not open to attending

Third-Party Bookings
The name on the reservation must be the guest present for the duration of the stay. Some booking platforms may have additional restrictions, please refer to your reservation.

Excessive Cleaning
Enjoy your stay, but be mindful of the cleanup. We employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. However, if it takes our staff longer than 2 hours to clean after your visit a $75 fee will be assessed.

Terrible, but clean INSIDE
When we arrived, finding a parking spot near the unit we rented was a bit difficult. We eventually found a spot a full building down from ours. We were located on the second floor and went to take the elevator up, where we were greeted by an overflowing trash can piled high with trash bags full of garbage. We opened the lock box, retrieved our key and entered the parent, which was very clean. However, that’s where my positivity ends. The bed in the bed was by no means close to a Queen, and was barely a full sized bed. My wife slept on that, while I was forced to use an air mattress and my 15 year old son was forced to sleep on a very small sofa in the living room. The bathroom was ridiculous. The toilet had NO flushing lever and I was forced to improvise a way Ti flush it after use. The toilet paper holder on the wall as half gone, the towel holder on the wall by the tub fell off when my wife went to put a towel on it (which we fixed), the lighting was poor, the tub needed to be resealed as there was almost no caulk left, and when I started the shower…it sprayed water out onto the floor because the shower head was not fully screwed on (which again, we fixed). Also, the wind blowing through the building was louder than the trains that passed by (now we know why there were ear plugs in the bathroom. When I notified the number the property contracted me from, they simply told me to post through Hotels.com and contact them. NEVER AGAIN!

Great stay close to the centre in a quiet area. There's a garage in the house. It was a nice, clean and very well equipped apartment. The communication was ok, check-in was using code.

The property was great! The room was a lot bigger than I thought and it was very nice and clean ! It came with a lot of necessities and the area is so good ! it’s about a 10-15min walk from downtown which is super nice and fun! will for sure be staying here again in the future !

Barely the necessities!
The apartment lacked amenities, especially in the kitchen. There was no kitchenware or baking pans for use in the oven. The cookware set is cheap and flimsy. Unfortunately there wasn't any spices or measuring cups allotted. The bathroom contained two bath towels, but zero washcloths. The placed is equipped with the bare minimal of necessities. None of which are incredibly comfortable. This was a poor choice. The bed, sofa, and lack of eating area, kept us regretting the stay. It would have been nice if the garage had been made available.All in all, the owner should do a walk through of the property from a renter's perspective. There are several broken or stained areas that need attention. Otherwise it isn't a bad place, but there is a lot of work that needs to be done.

I loved how cute and cozy this place was! It had everything I needed and will definitely be staying here again. The only problem I had was the carpet, wish they would have done a better job at vacuuming because I did have my baby with me and at one point he had this ball of hair in his hand (not mine) and was picking crumbs from the carpet but other than that everything was great!

This was a great alternative to hotels.
This was a great alternative to hotels. It was convenient it was close to everything that we wanted to see and there was the garage parking for the car. The garage was connected to the actual apartment so you could walk down the stairs in the garage into the garage. It was extremely convenient clean and easy to use. I will definitely be using this again loved it.

Great place and location, but ...
A 2BR on 4th floor w/city view balcony was very nice. Roomy w/a loft, full kitchen; all good - except, I realized why they had ear plugs. The trains at all hours of the day and night were very, very loud. If you use the plugs and/or heavy sleeper, great place! If light sleeper, be aware. Other than that, great downtown location, very nice apt.
