The facility was clean and well maintained. Professional staff.

the air conditioning was very was not blowing air correctly and the toilet handle had to be tampered and played with for the toilet to flush. I advised the night attendant of the issue but no janitor was available to assist which caused for a not so good sleep

I give this stay a 3/5 only because the room had a kind of strange smell ( smelt like room had been smoked in and the aroma sat there for a few) and the bathroom needs a little work on such as ceiling . However Air condition was great ! Television played all of our favorite movies to relax for the night and the Staff was a great help especially given a complimentary tooth brush since I forgot mine . I’d book here if it’s just for a night or two.

Room was clean, but AC was a little noisy and the mattress slightly past its prime.

Visited this hotel back in July. I switched to here from a more expensive hotel in an effort to save money on an extended stay in Fort Lauderdale. The pictures looks much much better than it actually was when I arrived. It felt like the lights were off with how dim it was in the reception and corridors. My key card did not work at the back door after I had unloaded all my luggage from my car...had to walk it all the way to the main entrance just to get in the building. My room felt hot and moldy when I entered and saw that A/C was already set to 68 degrees and would not go any lower than 66. The TV was not working. The sheet was too short for the mattress thickness and you could see just how yellow the mattress had turned...who wants to sleep on that? There were a couple hairpins in the sink drain and some crumbs on the floor in my bathroom. There was what appeared to be smeared chocolate (one can only hope) on the desk. All in all, this was anyone's worse nightmare during a time when Civid is alive and well. I left the room immediately after seeing all of this, and requested a refund. Thankfully, there were no headaches with this! I returned to my previous hotel down the street because I needed somewhere to sleep and it was far far cleaner. Wish In would have taken pictures to post here but was in such a rush to get out of this place!!

The room was clean and kept clean. Yhe breakfast area was constantly monitored and kept clean .And the food was fresh. A quiet efficient place to stay.Its my new go to place when i visit my sister.

I booked two rooms, one was supposed to be a king size bed. My fault for not looking at the confirmation. But door would not close. fingerprints on all of the wood surfaces, and many of the doors were damaged. Television ads read “all” Comfort inns refreshed. They apparently missed this one!!!

washrrom was renovated and good but room carpet need cleaning. and pillows were not comfortable. Staff was very helpful and good property location.
