Royal Decameron Montego Beach - All Inclusive

We were happy overall. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean. We had a beautiful view from the balcony as most of the rooms do. The beach is set up a little strangely but you have access to the sister hotel which has a nicer beach front so it was a non issue. We never had a problem finding lounge chairs. The food was good but gets repetitive. We would definitely return to the hotel, except next time we will bring big thermos mugs to put our drinks in which is what others were doing. The cups at the bar are tiny. I had to order two every time so I wouldn't have to go back 3 minutes later. The music played around the hotel left a little to be desired. We wanted reggae and got crappy modern noise and techno type garbage, although half the time there is no music at all, which was better than what they were playing. On the other hand they had a couple decent reggae bands playing one night and had good musicians playing during dinner a couple of the nights we were there. Next time I will bring a portable speaker to bring to the beach!

Staff were true Jamaican which enhanced the trip for the 6 Americans whom I were chaperoning. They liked the food, the view and atmosphere, despite COVID 19.

Very open and spacious. Bars, pools and restaurants throughout the area with very easy access.

I loved the fact that my room was ocean front, it was gorgeous. And how everything was all inclusive. And the staff were very very pleasant and kind.

As an older individual it was hard to climb out of the water using the ladder.

Coming from New York my group wanted to have the best time ever. The experience was awesome and my group had a great time. The rooms were clean, however, they were a bit outdated. The food was out of this world and we looked forward to meals. Andrei Jonas was excellent as he made sure our group was doing well each day. Jodi Ann Johnson also made sure my group was well taken care of as well as Showayne Johnson. As far as the entertainment, Picord Ford was amazing and made sure we were laughing and enjoying our stay at Royal Decameron. Overall, the experience was great and I truly recommend staying at this location. The hotel is very close to the night life and walking distance to local restaurants. I give this hotel two thumbs up.

From the moment that we entered the lobby area at check in, we were treated like royalty. Every staff member that we met there made sure that we were having a great time.

Very private and quiet . Entertainment was great every night. Wonderful, friendly staff.

It was a very intimate setting and was in the mix of everything.

Staff and view are fabulous. Great location. Excellent food and entertainment.
