The drain in my sink was clogged. I informed the receptionist, who said it would be taken care of, but nothing happened. As a result, there was a bad smell in the room.
The room was not cleaned a single time during my four-day stay, even though I placed the “please clean” sign outside the door. The window could not be closed properly, which caused constant noise and cold air coming into the room.
On one occasion, my electronic key did not work at the front door, and I had to wait for assistance. It also did not work for my room until I received a new key at the reception.
There were hairs on the walls of the shower. The coffee cup was not cleaned either; it still contained remains from the previous guest.
It is not worth the money.
