People were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help us:) breakfast buffet was awesome!

The location is very good. The room is fully equipped and clean. The internet signal is very strong. The staffs are great helpful and they can speak English well. The international breakfast is perfect. The VIP access is luxury. We can check in and have our rooms before the regular check in time. The upgrade from city view to river view and a late check out are also very nice.

The room they had only had Twin size beds which they moved me but was the only inconvenience at the hotel, everyone was very helpful on any needs I had.

It was very conveniently located. The service was excellent and everyone did their best to make your stay as comfortable and nice as possible. The beds were super comfortable. The food was very good. Our family was so comfortable, we hardly left the hotel.

The staff was simply amazing. Truly the best hotel experience My wife and I have ever had. Upon checking in, I explained to to the check in staff Triet that there was a double booking of my room AND. I explained that the second night was my 28th wedding anniversary. She scheduled a complimentary bottle of bubbling wine, gave us a very nice anniversary card and a setting of chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. Secondly, she personally worked through the double booking and her hard efforts resulted in one of the charges being cancelled thank you Triet for your tenacity and your caring heart. Additionally important was the staff in the club lounges and the 1st floor restaurant staff. They were always caring (thank you to Dang in the Club lounge) and forever smiling. My wife and I want to give a personal thank you to Ms Nhu Nguyen for her dedicated ways, caring heart (kokoro) and her striving for perfection. She made a point of memorizing our preferences for drinks on the second morning and brought our desires without a word spoken. She was amazing and she never stopped smiling. She warmed our hearts with infectious attitude and she easily grew on us. Thank you for the great experience and enriching our hearts. Best experience ever at a hotel.

This property tries to nickel and dime customers any way possible. I had 2 rooms booked at property, one through expedia and one direclyt booked through marriott. The standard room was cheaper through expedia, the the govt rate was cheaper for directly booking marriott for the breakfast packaged for a total of 8 nights each. One room we had 2 adults and the other room we had 2 adults and 2 kids (1 and 3 years old). On the fourth day of our 8 nights, we needed to check out the following day. I called marriott direclty and cancelled the remaining days which was approved as the rates booked directly were standard and not prepaid rate. I called expedia and and hotel to cancel

I really love the hotel, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was very nice, the only thing was that the pool was closed due to a party 🙁 , but the rest was simply excellent.
