Something special and excellent.
Excellent service and wonderful staff. Beautiful hotel in a great location for the beach. The outside pool and relaxing area were superb. Our room was well designed. Plus the roof top bar ,cafe and restaurant were very welcoming. Julian and all his team provide something special.

The first 2 nights we were there the room had to be requested to be cleaned. The second night we found the towels on the bed. Seems to be due to not a weekend. Thursday on it was fine Rooms are very small with no closets However, the view and location to other parts of New York was very convenient Staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. The parking was free but was not quite a walk from the hotel and it is not secured during that time. I was happy we did not have any breakins.

TINY room (cruise ship tiny). No closet. Two very small drawers under foot of bed that were almost impossible to open. One had a safe in it. There were hangers in the other; however the only place to hang things was on an open shelf that ran above the TV. There were 3 short pegs on the wall behind the door but not long enough to hold a coat. We were in town for a dress up event and had clothes that needed to be hung up. The parking was about two blocks away; no valet. Very poorly marked. We were given a map to get there; lot was in the middle of a construction zone and we arrived at night. Long walk back to hotel in the bitter cold; not a nice neighborhood. Food in the restaurant was very good but very expensive.

Spa getaway close to the city
What a beautiful getaway from the city. My friend and i did a spa getaway - the facilities and service were top notch and the hospitality was amazing - i mean every person i met - hats off to the management of this hotel for their culture and “ of course” approach!
