Hotel RL St. Louis Airport

I love it the employees are nice The place looks just like the internet and I love the chairs. I will be back

I was never informed that they only had a few channels outside the news. It stated the have cable tv. Some guess were outside in the hallway making a lot of noise. No one came to tell them that they cans be in the halls for hours being loud.

It is a nice place and very respectful employees and it is very clean and tidy

Really need better upfront communication about outside charges, parking an additional deposit.... come on it was a one night stay. Shower was terrible

Honestly the hotel was fine. The onlinr description is what bothered me most. It came up as an option under the "parking included" search filter but we had to pay $10 a night to park in the hotel lot. The description said we would get a $10 food credit per guest for the restaurant but it was closed due to the cook being out sick (presumably from Covid because the host said he would be out sick for a while). The rooms and hotel were clean and comfy. Very sweet staff. Would recommend they update their description on this app.

The staff was very friendly and nice, location wasn’t the best but manageable. I wish our room had a refrigerator and microwave. We wasted $40 worth of food. The room is clean, but the complimentary soaps are teeny tiny and we had to ask for more towels. I wish the TV had a Netflix option. Our bed spread was covered in dust. Not awful, but I did expect a bit more from a 4-star stay!

Maybe I expected to much from previous rating which stumps me now. Front desk was very nice but the room was disappointing. Very bare, no refrig., no microwave, not even a coffee maker. Phone didn't work, only got a few of the TV channels (DISH contract problem I was told) and the topper was 1 towel & 1 wash cloth. initially I thought it was just an oversight. When I asked to get an another I was asked if I had the used one which my wife had used. What? I was told this was policy now due to COVID?

This might be a great hotel if you are a couple with no kids or on a solo trip. The hotel limited towels to only 2 per room. (We are a family of 6, so that was bad.) The whole floor smelled horrible of cigarette smoke when it says it’s an all non-smoking hotel. When I advised the front desk she said she’d get security on it, well there was no change. There wasn’t comfortable seating, no couch. It was very modern with chairs that are uncomfortable. It just wasn’t for a family stay. We found a syringe under the bed, dirty towels in the shower, and the parking was dark and not worth paying $10 for. Again, if you don’t have a big family and are OK with a hotel that’s not “homey” this is your place. Just wasn’t for us. The only 2 pluses we found was the guy who checked us in was nice and very welcoming and there was games in the lobby for the kids to play with. Oh and very well decorated for Christmas! My kids did love that.

I had nosey people next too us all night long. Our room had a bed that was semi wet with a chemical smell. It waz very strong with a bad order. The carpet was semi wet as well. We stayed in room 507. It was horrible, plus they wanted a 50 dollar deposit on top of the room rate. Then we had too get extra towels n bedding for our bed. It was a bad all around experience.

My stay was just a quick night but it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
