Clarion Inn Biltmore Village

Die Lage für sämtliche Unternehmungen in und um Asheville sehr gut. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Moderne Zimmer und schöner Swimming-Pool. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Direkt neben der Unterkunft ein Texas Roadhouse, wo man lecker und günstig Steaks essen kann.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Check in war reibungslos und zügig. Der Parkplatz ist ein wenig eng wenn das Hotel gut gebucht ist, besonders wenn man ein größeres Auto hat. Aber bei gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme klappt es. Der Frühstücksraum ist klein, aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei und es wird ständig frisch nachgefüllt. Wenn man zu den Stoßzeiten dort frühstücken möchte ist es etwas eng. Alles betrachtet, würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. I

The hotel was super clean, the staff very friendly and helpfull, Check in was fast and we get a very friendly welcome from the reception staff. The parking lot can be a little bit small, if the hotel is fully booked, but we think that can be handeld with a little bit patience. For the breakfast you will find everything necessary from scrambeld eggs over some sausage pattys up to bagels, muffins , yogurt. The breakfast room may be a little small at the "rush hours". Over all, our stay at the Clarion was very nice and we will book the same hotel, if we deside to go once more to Ashville.

You literally have to drive through an insanely busy Texas Roadhouse restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. The man who checked me in acted like I was bothering him. I had people yelling outside of my room because they were smoking/hanging out well past midnight. It's visibly evident that the door had been pried open, and the upper latch was barely hanging there by the screws. I will never stay here again. Just navigating the parking lot to get to and from my room was an absolute nightmare. It's wall to wall cars, and people going both directions, often stopping.

The only negative thing I could say about my stay here was that the beds weren't really that comfortable. The breakfast was a little disappointing, but it was during covid, so we totally understand the changes. Other than that, our stay was good.

When I booked the stay I didn't realize it was set up more like a motel, but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the rooms. They were very very nice, comfortable, and a clean, quiet area. The staff was very nice, and provided a grab bag breakfast option which was very much appreciated. Be warned though that the Inn is up a very steep hill, it was a tight enough squeeze with a compact car.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Next to Steak House and several other places to eat. 3 minutes from Biltmore which is why we went. Would stay again.

This was a pleasant surprise, we really enjoyed our stay here. Great location but above all very clean well kept hotel! Comfortable beds also.

Very well kept and quiet room. Friendly staff and great location. Shower was fantastic. Bed was comfortable with plenty of good pillows. Heating and cooling was perfect and not too loud to wake you up as you sleep. I highly recommend this location.
