Other then not having light bulbs in the bedside lamps , the stay was good . And yes they gave me bulbs to put in the lamps .

This is my second time staying at this place. While the first trip was okay (or maybe I was way more tired than this time) a few things really bugged me. Generally, I have very few requirements in terms of comfort - clean rooms, clean bathrooms, hot coffee in the morning. I only got half of these three things during this trip. 1. The room was clean, but I still stepped on some of the leftovers from previous stays. One of them was a button or a piece of jewelry or something. But sheets were clean and pillows were comfortable to have a good night's sleep. With the small exception of loud family in the adjacent room whose conversations I had to listen to until 1 AM through a door between the rooms. 2. Shower was dirty. Sorry, there is no other way to say it. See pictures. Given the abysmal water pressure from the shower, I guess it's just impossible to clean properly. 3. Coffee was room temperature, although it was poured from one of those cylinder tanks that all hotels are using these days. Was it made the day before? Two days before? I don't know. Summary - there are two other hotels in about a minute's distance from this particular exit on I-95 and there are more just 5 minutes down the road. I'll take my chances there next time.

The carpet in the room and hallways were dirty but the bedding was clean. My door lock would not work. So as I was leaving , I asked for them to fix it. I left and came back 6 hours later and it was still not fix and never got fixed during my stay. Don't expect much for breakfast.

We never checked in. Arrived at the hotel at 5:45 p.m. and the room had not been cleaned that was assigned to us. The front desk representative seem to not care whether we canceled or not. We did cancel, sorry

We booked here because it is a new hotel and thought it will be clean and modern. The person at the reception was not wearing mask even though we are all wearing mask. Afterwards, another family with three kids were checking and they were all wearing masks but still she didn’t were one. Nowhere were signs about masks are social distance or cleanliness. Carpet in the room looked old and not very clean. Our bathroom has bench which refuses to stay up as the screws are coming out. Breakfast is so, so. We understand Covid restrictions don’t allow usual breakfast but the choices here are much lower standard than in other hotels we stayed during our trip. The person at the reception the following morning when we are checking out did we’re a mask

After arriving at room discovered no cups, no glasses, a/c impossible to regulate and phone did not work. Had to find the hotel's phone number and use my cell to call the front desk and was told there are cups downstairs in the breakfast area...period. All small inconveniences but doubt room was up to Radisson standards. For our return stay we cancelled the Park Inn and booked the Howard Johnson across the parking lot - no surprises there.

I am so disappointed in this hotel for multiple reasons. I thought a Radisson at this rate would be a little step up, but it was uncomfortable as soon as I walked in. The person checking us in did not have on a mask and did not stand behind a shield. The next thing was the cleaning crew in the hall were all unmasked, at least three people that crossed my path to my room. Next problem was even in the elevator the unmasked workers invited us to join them on the ride- no! Once my son and I were settled we tried to log into our computers and the internet didn’t work. I tried to call the front office but my room phone did not work. (I checked the plugs) I had to use my own hot spot. I was woken up around 12:30 to the people checking in next store that were so loud and then proceeded to be WAY TOO LOUD in their bed activities, all I could do was hope they didn’t wake my son. Why could the hotel not put someone checking in that late down the hall? The hotel was almost empty and they got out next door, seriously? So that lasted until 3am. I got next to no sleep. Breakfast was not what would normally be served at a Radisson. Cold cereal and packaged garbage muffins. I will take my chances at the Red Roof Inn next time my son has soccer games in Florence. Not worth the money and I hope all of the hose employees are healthy.
