Extended Stay America - Albuquerque - Airport

It was good. It’s just a hotel room. Just a place to rest and store my stuff. Most of my time was spent else where. But tv worked shower worked. Locks on the door work. No blood stains on the carpet or walls.

The service and room were great. Kitchen and bath were clean. The location is ok. The people above me and next to me were loud. Police were called to location 2x in my 3 day stay. Cars in lot all hours with loud music and people. Ok if you're not going to be there a lot.

I put in ground floor and ended up on the 3rd floor.

Overall ok.

I was disappointed with my room. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC was so close to the bed that it was blowing cold in my face. And if I turned AC off , it was too hot. Bathroom is so tiny. No room for toiletry. They could use some of that useless mini kitchen for the bathroom (my opinion)

Warning, do not stay in this hotel. One of the worst experience i have ever had. I booked a room on expedia, and when i got there the room was cancelled, so i had to go to another hotel, as this hotel took the money off the card, and wouldnt honor my reservation. I had to call expedia 2 times to get my money back. I was really tired after being stranded on the highway for 6 hours. They were horribly rude at the front desk as well. I have never been treated like this

Room was clean and cozy, as expected. Front desk person was efficient and helpful.

The faucets in our motel room had crud on them, which was disturbing during covid-19. We had to fetch the dishes ourselves. The phone wasn't functioning, and the room smelled. It was also extremely small and barely fit the furniture in it.

The price is very good and the rooms are clean and appreciate for the price.

Not sure what to expect during Pandemic, but room was extra clean in my mind.
