Erstklassiges Hotel. Die Betten waren ein Traum, wie es sich für ein 5 Sterne Hotel gehört, welches nicht immer der Fall ist. Damit meine ich die Qualität des Bettes bzw. Matratze. Hervorragende Schlafqualität. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr ruhig. Um den Empfangsbereich daher eine tolle Atmosphere und kein Gewusel von Menschen. Dies kommt fast einem VIP Sercive Feeling gleich. Ausgezeichnete Lage, mitten in der Stadt auf der berühmtesten Straße der Welt. Daher erschlägt einen das Angebot, sowie das geschäftige Treiben wenn man das Hotel verlässt. Dies sollte man bedenken. Ruhe findet man nur innerhalb des Hotels.

Check In was a distaster and Room want 5 available until 4:30 when it should have been 2pm. Dry cleaning want picked up and Rooms didn't get cleaned for days.

This hotel looked good in pictures and review and we liked the idea of having a place to unwind in the suite. But this has to be one of the worst hotels stays of my life. First when we got to the room, a sink was broken, but they sent maintenance to fix it up within 10 minutes, which was great. Then i called twice, went to front desk once, my wife called twice over the course of 6 hours to have our kids sofa bed made up. Nobody came up until we asked for a refund so we can check out and go somewhere so the kids can sleep. And like others have said. this room is dirty as heck. There is lipstick or some stain on the sofa bed comforter. This room also had a heating issue, where it was stuck on 26C aka 80degrees F. Barely could breath. Alll the windows are open just to survive. The happiest moment will come when we can check out to leave. Finally the part the kids hate the most, the toilet is not in the bathroom. It's in it's own room without a sink. So after you use the bathroom you have to go to another room to wash your hands. I do not recommend this hotel to any American. Or anyone who's well travelled. It's not the standard we're used to of service.

Never ever use expedia , not reliable and never trusted

You obviously can't beat the location. The size of the property was also nice to accommodate a family of 4 in the heart of Paris. However, a small detail you don't see when you book a one bed deluxe apartment is that when it is a duplex, you have a toilet on the lower level and the bathroom with the sink on the upper one. The suite is also on the upper level, so if in the middle of the night you want to use the toilet, you have to climb very narrow steep stairs down. The cleaning was appalling, as well as the room service. Once we asked for a toilet paper, never got some. During a "busy season" you would also expect the reception to be over and not under staffed. They were quite helpless as well, and had no knowledge (or time) to provide some helpful tips. Considering the demographics of the guests staying in the apartments - you expect much higher level of service. And the last thing I thought I would mention - it was my anniversary, celebrating 50! In any hotel we stayed before you would at least get a chocolate, a drink, a simple Happy Birthday.... and it wasn't for such an occasion. There was absolutely NOTHING here. Small things in the end matter.
