Cleanness was not up to par for a proper/big hotel . Bedsheets, pillows, and towels were all dirty. Lotion was not refilled from previous guest use. Dining service was slow and staff would often forget the small orders.
With regard to our driver, he did not have a proper place to sleep in the drivers room. They only had few beds set up; failing to adhere to the Driver Association requirements and regulations on the number of beds required.
The above two items were brought up to staff and the on duty manager attention, however nothing proper was done to address these issues. Will definitely not be recommending this hotel to other, unless a properly regulatory check is done and ensured.
