Couldn’t get into building. Help line was no help and manager finally showed up after I waited over an hour. Was NOT PLEASED. Also, the app and also verification process is very complicated. Don’t think I’ll stay there again

Wonderful place within walking distance of MD Anderson. Very quiet and peaceful. Clean and spacious. A great place for those spending a few days at the med center.

Overall, it was a good stay. It was a nice space and well-equipped. Better lighting would be nice. Had a small problem getting in but was able to get hold of driftr immediately. Door could use a new lock as you have to tug hard to get it to lock properly when leaving. These issues were not significant. Still a nice place to stay.

This condo was cute and cozy. It was equipped with more than I expected too. Pots and pans, glassware, dinnerware, and so much more. I would have booked for a few more days had I known all that was included in the stay. The only issue I had was upon initial arrival. Gaining access to the building and our room was a little confusing. You need a fob to be able to park the car and enter certain doors, but that fob is located in your room.

Didn’t tell us until the evening of check in that they didn’t have a place available. On top of that they ran backgrounds on everyone. Way to much complication for a hotels.com stay.

Once you get past the August ap fiasco, the unit and the staff are a 10. Very very clean, super convenient. Quiet building, garage parking, tony with Driftr travers was fantastic. Would definitely use them again. Great location.
