ディズニーランドのバスが運行していなかったことが残念である。 (それを目的に予約したが、こちらの確認不足でもあった。)

Relatively small room, but who cares with that breath-taking view, perfect cleanliness, amenities and comfort. The pool is great, the location is great (you can take a short walk to reach the beach), there is a nice variety of restaurants to choose from inside the hotel, the staff is courteous. Will definitely book a room with them again soon.

Astonishing view, staff spoke perfect English and it was an awesome resort. The only drawback was when I tried checking out with the Hotels.com code of RWD2X2020 they had no idea what to do. So far I haven’t gotten the reward.

the place is near everything

The hotel nears to Makuhari Messe, it is convenience for expo visitors. The factory outlet mall is around 5 to 10 mins walk from the hotel via the bridge. The airport limousine bus is in front of the hotel.

I like the cleanliness and the customer service. I would like to commend the work of the cleaners in making sure our rooms are cleaned every single day of our stay.

The main building is more than 40 years old and look like refurbished 10 years ago. But overall it is fresh and comfortable. Very good location. The onsen is beautiful. Very stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights. They have 3 different onsen locations and I try 2 of them. Both of them were very large and offers many kinds of onsen types. I feel very satisfied with them especially the ladies floor one. The hotel is very big and lobby is very spacious, you will feel very relaxing. The breakfast buffet choices are great and delicious, but quite busy in peak hours. Take away coffee is good too. Foods in convenient store are very nice and always busy. Another shop selling personal items is very convenient too. You can take shuttle bus direct to the airport. For shoppings you can walk to the station or to aeon mall, or travel 2 stations to lalaport. For most of these I think I will stay here again.
