Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas Henderson/Green Valley

Super Lage, sehr freundlich. Tolle, moderne und saubere Zimmer.

This was a good hotel for the price and location. Everything was clean. The only issue I had was that I booked and was confirmed a room with a king size bed but when we checked in, apparently they had run out and given us a double bed room. Not sure if this happens often, but i've been booking and staying at hotels and this has never happened. The front desk person was a little snappy and seemed like he couldn't handle stress or pressure as there as 3 people online. Parking lot was packed and luckily it's next to a shopping center which we parked at and it wasn't too far from a back entrance. one thing i loved about this hotel is the location. close to good restaurants, a trader joes, and it seemed like a safe area. Also just a 10 min drive to the strip! over all, i think i'd stay here again.

I could not connect children’s school computers to the internet. I wish they had it to where I can put in a code, not have to login and everything. It was blocked on there computer. When I asked the man at the front desk about it he was very rude and didn’t care about what I was asking. I asked if I was charged the 4.95 for better Internet and all he said is your good you can leave. Only reason I put 5 stars for customer service is for the exceptionally great service from the young lady who’s checked me in late the night before. Thank you for making my stay with it still!

The room was dirty! The air conditioner made weird noises as it kicked on and off all night ! The shower curtain had some weird substance on it ! Maybe it was shampoo,maybe not it could have been some other type of fluid either way no attention to detail was given when cleaning! The front desk staff was delightful! The airport shuttle is prompt so if you show up at 2 min after the hour you might have to wait for the next one !

Housekeeping forgot to supply the room with most essentials. No toilet paper, no soap , no hair dryers . After several calls to reception and trips down to the lobby to get a toilet paper roll, the nice guy on the evening shift decided to move us another room close by.

Great hotel overall and especially exceptional value. Stayed a night here and would return next time I'm in Henderson / Vegas area. Rate was exceptional, hotel was clean and updated for an older property, room was nice (comfortable and clean with microwave and refrigerator), noise was minimal (hotel is in the airport flight path but noise is tolerable), grab and go breakfast was the best we've had from all of these types of hotels we've stayed at lately (muffin, breakfast sandwich, apple), front desk accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated!

Great customer service. Front staff (Wendy) is amazing. Highly recommend!

it was a great stay, from check in to check out. You can tell the property needs to be updated, however it was clean and comfortable. will definitely stay there again.

Not so good

Everything was really nice except the shower didn’t drain very well as I was taken my shower.
