The hotel needs a whole new look. The carpets were stained and worn so they looked dirty. I was charged an extra $20 for checking in early but was refunded that money later. I am assuming that happened because we had to change rooms due to the toilet not wanting to flush. And the room we were moved to was okay. The young lady who checked me in had a straight forward attitude and was not very customer savvy and the young man who helped me with getting moved later that night was nice. It just was not a place that I would want to return to.
Stains on the carpet, wall paper literally peeling from the walls. My room window was ground level and had no lock or bar for safety. Charged me $20 for my dog for the night.
The staff was very helpful. Sierra was able to accommodate may change in stay and I appreciate her help. Overall I stay was nice.
Don’t stay here. Room was dirty. Stained carpet, sticky light fixtures, dirt on floor in bathroom, dirt on walls.
Very run down and dingy. Upkeep is minimally done. Our first day there we had to switch rooms because the sink wouldn't drain. And there were workers going in and out of the rooms switching out hvac units. We were trying to get ready for a family gathering and had to move around them. This is something that needs to be organized much better around the unoccupied rooms. The bathroom in the first room did not lock at all. The bathroom in the second room had a lock that you'd see on a bathroom stall. The room doors don't close all the way on their own so you need to make sure that you pull it closed when leaving the room Should have just stayed at the baymont like I've normally done. The cheaper room rates was not worth it.

This place is really run down which gives it the over all appearance of drabbiness that makes me wish I had booked at a different hotel. I asked about breakfast when I checked in and was assured that I would be able to get a "grab bag" with breakfast items in the morning. however when I went to the front desk to ask around 7 am I was told there were no grab bags. It is not that I was too late and they were all gone, the gentleman at the front desk told me they don't do it. What the HECK! why tell me I can get food if that's not going to be offered?
Workers refused to wear masks. Despite making reservations for my family of 4, we were only allowed one towel at a time. Hotel was filthy and smelled of smoke.
The stay was just an overnight stay. The hotel looked ok from the outside but once you got inside it was quite run down and is in dire need of an update and refurbishment. The elevator safety devices didn't work, got a hand stuck in the elevator trying to hold it open but it continued to close. The room looked good but it smelled and felt dirty. The staff was very helpful and that is always a good thing.
