This place is DISGUSTING! In every sense of the word. First the man at the front desk was not wearing a mask despite the signage all over noting they are required. Our first room. We open the door and hit will a wall of STENCH of stale urine. The whole room reeked! I called the front desk from my cell phone cause I was not about to touch anything in that room. We were promptly moved to another room. The second room. Some how worse than the first. The door handle was all dented. It looked like someone has recently tried to break into the room. Upon further inspection, it had also been burnt. Not a great feeling but we went in anyway. The beds didn’t have skirts on them the pillows had pillow cases on inside out which made them look like they didn’t have pillow cases on them. The wall behind the bed had brown stains on them for what looked like something dripping down the wall. The bathroom had a piece of thick plastic super glued into the tub to clearly cover up... something. The toiled was dirty and also roughly sealed with black caulk. And to top it all off the carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed throughly because there was stuff all over the floor. In short we left and stayed at a different chain that was clean. So disappointed. But long story short stay ANYWHERE but here.
my stay was stressful window on first floor would not lock and was open when i got to the room. staff was not friendly and the room was dirty.
Cheap. Quick service. Rooms are in descent shape. Problem is the people. You can hear everything. There are people going back and forth all night and look very sketchy.
We stayed at this hotel in March, just before the Pandemic shutdown and had a very good experience with a nice room which included a fridge. Totally different experience this time- bathroom doors had stains, there was no stopper in the sink, no fridge, the sheets and part of the carpet were ripped and the door in our son's room was coming off the hinges and needed to be pushed into place to close. It's hard to believe this is the same hotel we stayed at last spring...disinterested front desk help, especially at night, no elevator and generally beat up condition. We have always liked staying at LaQuinta, but will think twice next time.
I did not stay the night. There was minimal COVID precautions; the hotel was a total dump, elevator was broken, my nonsmoking room reeked of smoke, and there was water damage on the wall around the AC unit. Thanks to Hotels.com, I got a refund and rebooked a better hotel. Nasty.
Very nice affordable with friendly staff
The elevator was broken and i had to walk up 3 flight of stairs. The carpet was dirty. And there were coach roaches. The side exit doors locks didn't work ( were always unsecured). Housekeeping staff was nice but noone was in uniform.....
The hotel was dingy and smelly. Despite No Smoking signs everywhere, the lobby and elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel advertises breakfast, but there is none.
