Staff was very responsive! Room was clean. Location was quiet and near to restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
Overall the location of the hotel is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, since the hotel is old and interior is not as expected as shown. The room I found was dirty and didn't smell fresh.
This hotel should take off the Residence Inn By Marriott name. It is not up to the high standards that come with the Marriott name. This nonsmoking hotel had cigarette smoke in the hallways. Our room had a strong cigarette smell in it. We asked for another room. There was no utensils due to Covid, so we asked an employee to bring us some. They never did, so we called the front desk to ask again. It took them 30 minutes to bring us the utensils. The elevator and hallways had debris and trash on them. The hotel is in need of serious makeover. Breakfast was awful. They offered a version of an egg sandwhich, tortilla with egg in it and blueberry muffin. Both the egg sandwhich and torilla with egg did not taste good. No juice or milk offered. They could of provided yogurt, hot oatmeal or bananas that would be covid appropriate. We were very disappointed with breakfast. Lastly, we stayed in a room next to a dog, which barked. We understand that the first floor is designed as "pet friendly". We asked for a room away from pets, but we couldn't stand the smoke in the first room, so the only room left was next to a dog. We will not be returning.
Customer Service was great. The only thing is the rooms are rather outdated and our shower was never hot. During the winter at 35° in Vegas its rather cold so a hot shower would have been nice. The heat in the room was good so glad we only stayed 3 days.
Nice room , due to COVID-19 unable to have the normal breakfast so just a very small to go bag. A little disappointed because I have really enjoyed their breakfast .
This hotel is convenient and we do like the advantage of having a kitchen and living area.
The place was nice. But the pictures looked much nicer. We found a empty wine bottle while looking for my cell near the bed.

Right off the top upon check in I was told that the room that I had chosen (2-br suite) was not available and they instead had to give me two separate rooms. I was traveling with children so this was nerving! Then the agent told us we need to always book directly through the hotel to ensure room availability! So there needs to be better communication between hotels.com and the contracted properties! The room was clean but the water would not get hot in the shower the first night. The hot shower was all i looked forward to after traveling for 5 hours, and therefore this was a huge disappointment! The rest of the stay was ok but I’m not so confident about bookings through this app!
The room was nice, if a bit of a hike up flights of stairs, with no elevator. The airport shuttle was really helpful to us, and fairly prompt. The only real issues we had were: first, the employee at check-in and check-out was not wearing a mask 3 out of the five times we spoke with her. And second, the hotel is arranged with a pool and a basketball court in the courtyard. If noise bothers you, ask for an outer-side room. We had people playing basketball right outside our window until 10pm one night, and on another night they did not stop at 10pm (the posted quiet hours), so we had to call the front desk to ask them to shut it down. The ball bouncing just echoed like crazy, even with the TV on.
