Hotel is really nice modern and has all the things a 5 star hotel would offer. It’s right in the center of dining and nightlife so it was perfect for me. I would definitely stay again and next time I do go back to Tirana I would book again.

Poor experience as I booked a room with a hot tub and when I arrived for check in I was told this was not available. The hotel told me that Hotels.com had misled me after I booked a Signature room which does exist according to the Xheko. Very poor! No ironing board in the room.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Xheko Imperial. This hotel had everything we needed and more. Its location is perfect. The staff were so warm and friendly. Glad they had a bar and restaurant which was open for most hours of the day, so we didn’t have to worry much about where to eat or drink. Lovely ambience too.

Rooftop bar and restaurant very attractive with large pot plants and colorful seating. Breakfast high quality, wide variety including traditional dishes and preserves. Location good, amongst bars and high end restaurants, 12 minutes walk min square. Unbelievable value even if city view. Highly recommend

The undoor pool and spa was excellent. The hotel ac was very loud requiring earplugs and it never made the room quite cool enough even though set at 15 it felt like 24. Bed was comfy and some nice restaurants around corner. Staff ordered me a taxi and as i had limited cash in albanian money i repeatedly confirmed with employee to make sure that i would have enough cash. She was right but it was down to the last lei. The driver tried going the longer way but as i had my google maps on i made sure he took the correct way. Honestly, i dont know if i would have had enough if he would have gone his way.but i doubt it from looking at the map. I really dislike the fact that bolt, uber or any taxi service is available in Albania.

Lovely hotel but cleaner issue
We had an almost-perfect stay at Xheko Imperial, save for one major problem. The cleaning person threw out my birth control pills while she was cleaning our bathroom, which caused a major issue. The staff helped me find new birth control at a pharmacy but it wasn't the same formula so this caused a big impact for my husband and my vacation. Besides this problem, the hotel was lovely. We especially enjoyed the spa (amazing massage!) and rooftop bar. I just wish they had more professionally trained cleaning staff because the birth control mess-up really was a huge stressor and one that I'm still dealing with now in transitioning back onto my normal pills.

Nightmare don’t stay here
Nightmare and Traumatized are the words that come to mind. The hotel and facilities are nice and we enjoyed them. Nevertheless, our first night of sleep was interrupted at 3:55am with two large heavily intoxicated men standing at the foot of our bed, in our room!! That’s right! The hotel gave them a key to our room. No physical altercation happened, but it could have. It was difficult to get them to leave in an undressed state. The night staff was dismissive and no help, they even called me a liar. They said come back tomorrow and talk to us. There were major issues with the staff not willing to listen and find out what we needed. In the end, we did not get out questions answered, why did this happen, how are you going to fix this, when were they given a key to our room? The CO and day shift front desk spoke with us and offered us a free lunch for our trouble or a free night. There are many things we still don’t know other than the fact we could not sleep our second night because of the trauma.
