On-site free parking was enough room for both of our cars, which was nice because this area although safe gets a little sketchy at night.. Very friendly staff.. Carpets are old and dirty, rooms were fine, comfortable enough.. There was some hair in the bathtub/shower.. I felt like the rooms had been cleaned but that grossed me out a little.. It was a non smoking room but smelled of smoke.. I don’t want this to sound like a negative review because for the price I was actually quite happy and would actually stay here again. But it isn’t super great it’s just a good value

Check in was very easy, and the woman at the front desk was very kind and polite. The breeze of check in was a massive relief, after having issues with another place earlier that day. I booked the jacuzzi room, and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the room. It was very clean, and looked as though it may have been recently remodeled or renovated. The room was a good size, and had amenities like an actual closet, an iron/ironing board, microwave and refrigerator, both of which were very clean and worked perfectly. The jacuzzi was very relaxing, and operated with ease. The TV was very nice, larger than most rooms at other places at a similar value/price. The only two small issues was that I felt the AC in the room didn’t work as well as it should - it kept turning off, and wouldn’t turn back on. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I typically enjoy my room on the colder side and like the constant hum of the AC. The bed was also a little firm, but that’s more of a personal preference and nothing I’d hold against the hotel. Although I had very little interaction with the staff, they were nice, helpful and I had no problems. The hotel was relatively quiet, although there was construction going on that started early, the front desk Informed of this before my stay. Overall, I had a very great experience at this hotel. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone in the area. 5/5. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Great place because quiet, safe and the staff is friendly and fast. Their suites are large and very comfortable. Though the sunken in cushiness of a memory foam mattress gets some getting used to. Spacious rooms with sofa, desk, chairs. Found myself quite cozy. Also, buses across the street, a city train a few blocks north, along with eateries and mini-markets within minutes make it a convenient spot.

Everything is good I just didn’t like that office clerk was very harsh on having someone over to visit you while you were there and remind you it’s not to sleep over just to hang out and it was no gas tolerate it at all

Great experience for a cheap hotel. I was in town for three nights, and wanted a fairly nice place cheap. This worked well. When I first arrived checkin was easy and quick, but the room was warm. The AC wasn't working well. I gave it an hour or so, and then contacted the first desk and they changed my room in about 5 minutes. Great service!

My stay was just ok - the best part was the nice person who checked me in and continued to be helpful. Otherwise the place was not clean, the room smelled awful and there were numerous customers walking around without a mask and some who stay there on a long term basis. No one was telling them to wear one. There were signs up but no enforcement - not going to stay again.

Great staff, remodel makes it nice for price point.
