Einfaches zweckmässiges Hotel gute Betten ausreichend Raum gutes Frühstück bisschen nervig war der roomservice ab 8uhr morgens

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The breakfast buffet is still the best selling point it has to offer. Also the staff is very friendly. The real problem which I encountered during my most recent stay had to do with the heating in my room. The thermostat - an outdated model from the 1980s or 90s - simply did not work. At all. During my first night in the hotel, the temperature never got above 18°. I requested that the maintenance people have a look. They pressed a few buttons on the thermostat - eventually causing the temperature to drop to 17°. The next morning I asked for a room change. There was a small electrice heater in that room which helped me get to temperatures above 20°, but only slightly. It was quite chilly during my time in London, but the time spent in my room was also a chilly one. Having now returned home, I've come down with a terrible cough, a runny nose, and a slight fever.
