i come here often and im generally pleased with everything
this time i had 2 concerns one was that when i ordered room service breakfast i didnt want meat and would have like to substitute with extra bread but was refused
also i had booked a larger suite and was told at reception that i was being upgraded to executive suite which ended up being smaller and congested
didnt seem like an upgrade at all

The staff here do not seem happy. The gentleman who checked us in barely spoke, did not make us feel welcome and was generally unhappy. Bed was comfortable, location was good for what we needed.

The room was very peaceful even though it is quite close to the airport. It was very clean, & well maintained. The bed was dreamy & my husband appreciated the comfort height toilet!

the check in at 4pm is way too late, especially when you arrived in the morning, as well the check out time is way too early at 11am.
Most hotel around the world, not only in Canada have a check in time between 1-3pm at the latest and most will accommodate early arrival, and also when there is early meetings, check out time at 11am is not acceptable, as most hotel allows you to check out starting at 12 or between 1-2pm

I had a flight cancellation and had to get a hotel from the airport. It was late and I was tired. It was suggested I go through you and book my airport hotel. That was a mistake. I said I had feather allergies. The hotel didn’t have feather free options so I was I was given a orange thin blanket and a hard pillow. When I am paying close to 200 dollars Canadian for a hotel room and I don’t get the customer service to accommodate my needs I am upset. Hotels should be able to accommodate customers 24:7. Have feather free options I had to strip off the duvet and move pillows. Staff didn’t do that and then they don’t even help to fix bed up. Never will I go through this service again or stay at a radisson if I can help it.

wish my stay was better
Checking in was not quick and easy like most hotels. No fridge or microwave. If you want those very basic things you have to pay for a more expensive room. Luckily they brought a fridge to my room for temporary use but now I still have no microwave to heat the food i brought from home. I can't see myself willingly staying here again unless all other hotelsbin the area are booked and I have no choice.
