Great hotel. Dont need a car to stay. You can take the 1$ bus everywhere . however to get to the hotel from the airport. I recommend shuttle bus. Please be sure to bring american dollars. Hotel rooms with a balcony is very loud because ppl are constantly on their balcony smoking. Talking loud ir playing music.

My room smelled like urine and had no balcony, despite being a suite. Cheaper rooms had balconies. The kitchen was only a microwave and sink, with no other appliances. The pool was quite nice, however, though not super clean. The restaurant was very reasonably priced.

Too expensive for a horrible experience

I like the convenience of the pool and beach front property. I did not like the poor plumbing, no wi-fi or poor telephone connection service.

Very bad attention, I’m was there when Hurricane shows up and ask for shelter and say they don’t know “ Go looking by yourself “ very disappointed

My first impression of this hotel was of total disappointment because it is not as nice as Expedia shows in its pictures but by next day I started to like it. The hotel is old and rooms are outdated but all rooms have an ocean view that is priceless and that is what makes the difference. I loved that I could hear the ocean waves even with the door closed and just by looking out the window I felt like being at the beach. Also, it has some amenities that made my time there better like the great swimming pool, the tour office, the grocery store, the restaurant with great food, the massage lady and the kitchen area in the room. For anyone who doesn’t care about luxury, this is the perfect place.

He should remove this property from its list as it is not a hotel as such. the service is terrible. the rooms are in terrible condition there is no good toilet. We had to buy chemicals to wash the bathroom as it was black with grime. They changed our rooms three times as most of them have maintenance problems and the air conditioning does not work or the wind filters through the windows or the safe is damaged. In the restaurant the food is terrible, they sold us a hamburger with the meat already rotting as it smelled terrible. With all this, the Administration never made a gesture of attention to us and simply ignored what happened. They solved everything by saying that all this due to COVID is absurd. Never had Expedía sold such a lousy hotel. It was very unpleasant and dreadful staying there. After 10 pm there is no administration whatever happens. I called them at 2:30 am to move me from the room because of the noise that the wind produced through the window was horrible and they never answered or simply helped me in the morning to move from room to room. I hope someone never rents in this hotel again since they are going to have a very bad experience

Good staf. Rooms are ok. Not the best beach access. For the money was good enough.

Friendly staff, very clean room, great pool, good food and drinks, clean beach area. Workers are constantly cleaning and making improvements. This apthotel is always our choice when in Cancun, esp since it is at end of hotel zone.
