Super Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Zimmer ausreichend groß, U-Bahn Station in der Nähe, Laufdistanz zu Old Montreal.

The Intercontinental is a nice 4 star very near to the conference center. Service is good, rooms are nice (try to avoid the corner rooms above the pool as you will not like the smell of chlorine) and the room service is great!

Not up to InterContinential standards. I have been to many other InterContinentials around the world and this was the worst. According to hotels.com, it is 4.5 stars. I felt more like 2.5 stars. I saw brunette hairs in the bathroom, one side of the mattress was in horrible condition, minor renovation in the lobby and elevator area but did not informed (especially at the elevator area, small area and three ppl working so it was impossible to do social distancing. The workers blocked two elevator entrance and each time I press it will only open to the side the workers are at, very annoying). The hotel is not busy, they have plenty of rooms but why put another person next to my room? Need major renovation especially the bathroom. Overall, really disappointed and will only return after a full renovation. 1. Hairs in bathroom (especially with COVID 19 and the hotel said they do thorough cleaning... hair explains a lot about their “thorough cleaning”) and 2. one side of the mattress in horrible condition are the two main reasons I will not return and not recommend.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well put together, the beds very comfortable. The pool and gym were closed, which in these times is understandable. Because of Covid-19, breakfasts were still included but were sent to the room for a little extra, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel, center of everything. Bathroom could use a little touch up otherwise very clean.

The furnishings are old and the rooms are not clean. The pool,exercise room and most other amenities were closed when every other hotel had them open. There was no advance warning of this. Very disappointing and no concessions were given to make up for these discrepancies

This is the best hotel where i’ve stayed in Montreal.

Due to COVID there were a few facilities that were not open such as the gym or swimming pool to mention a few. Service was great even though they were short of staff. The location is fantastic. Breakfast included was a great choice. I would come back once all facilities open again.
