Quality Inn Peoria

Awesome room, staff very friendly, rooms nice, elevator floor grimy, but all in all extremely good experience!

Desk clerk was annoyed we asked for towels when there was none @ the pool!

Room was clean. Had refrigerator with a little freezer and microwave. Breakfast in spite of Covid wasn't bad.

Everyone was so nice and bed was super comfy. Rooms weren't loud (i.e. couldn't hear neighbors or doors slamming all night), might have been because of lower occupancy due to Covid, but have stayed at other places, recently) even with lower occupancy other guests were obnoxious. Would definitely stay here again, if traveling through

Despite the challenges of COVID, the hotel does a decent job of providing services they can provide and even has some pre packaged breakfast items. (Not great, but better than nothing at all)

It was disappointing to the kids that the pool was not open, although they know it was because of covid. Also no breakfast.

Not only was this property an absolute pain to find and get to, but the place is run-down, used, and abused. The room that we got was very obviously recently changed from a smoking to a non-smoking room, so it REEKED of cigarette smoke. For a family of four that is allergic to smoke, this was upsetting. Aside from the complete absense of amenities due to COVID, which we had come to expect on this trip (and everything in Peoria shutting down at 8 pm so we were unable to even get a quick dinner without driving halfway across the city), the room was dingy and falling apart. The sheets were not clean and had streaks of something brown (feces? dried blood? Who knows?) in them. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet barely worked, the sink was slow to drain, and the divider between the sink area and the bathroom was broken and both of my kids (airheads, I grant you) tripped over it. The refrigerator was not turned on, but because I foolishly assumed that it was on, I placed food in it and it spoiled overnight. Finally, and this has little to do with the actual hotel, but a customer that stayed during the day that we were there had their TV on all night and seemingly turned up as loud as it would go. The walls are thin and we heard everything that the person was watching. This is not great when you have small children trying to sleep. All in all, this was not a great place to stay and I would not recommend staying here if you can afford to stay somewhere better.

Service was rude they where not serving breakfast pool was not open I was charged twice just a bad experience all together

Overall it was nice. I appreciate the smoking room i was able to have and also the respect i was given by the staff. It was decently clean for it to be a smoke room as well and the pool is nice. It needs cleaning more though. Staff is real cool.
