Ramada by Wyndham Portland Airport

Clean room, soft clean bed, clean bathroom and it was quit. The only thing we didn't have was an in the room coffee and tea maker.

The hotel was old school and out dated on stuff. The bed you can tell is very old and lumpy. The staff is friendly and helpful I informed him thatI would be checking out extremely early at 5 am, it was nice to talk to someone from Texas.

Because of Covid no coffee anywhere, I went to the front desk to check on coffee at about 8:30am and rang the bell on counter and no one came to counter. I just left and I paid on hotels.com and see a charge of $150.00 still pending on my credit card. Obviously the place is close to going out of business, very large and outdated .

Although I was not expecting a an above hotel experience here as we have stayed at nice Ramada hotels. This was not that great at all. It started with a front desk agent that could not tell us if there was any food close by as she lived in the state of Washington. Then we got out our room and the hall ways had dirty carpets. Then when we got to our room door it looked like it had been pried open with a crow bar. Once in the room is was freezing cold and It took some time to get warm. Then my wife got into bed and was greeted by a spider in the bed just having a good old time running around. So we called the front desk to change rooms. The front desk agent was able to change our room right away. So I went to the front desk to get new room keys. Now this was about 10pm and it was not longer then 10 minutes since we had checked. The agent could not even remember who I was! Once in the second room although again the carpets were very dirty. The bed was comfy and was probably the best part of the stay. Would not recommend.

This day was not very good the staff was rude you probably was not clean TV did not work until stay staff tried to approach me about my review and was really rude things did not go well I did not appreciate the service and the condition of the property and the staff I will never ever stay at this location and hope others would not ever stay there need to be closed down I always stay at these locations with hotel.com but this was the wor st trip of all

Hotel was noisy. Walls were paper-thin. I could hear the next door guess talking the entire night. There was no cable (a storm knocked the antenna down), there was no breakfast included, or no pool available. However, the price was high.

Check in was easy. The desk person was friendly. However the codition of property was less than. Door in bathroom was shredded from water damage from the faulty shower head. The chair was so dirty. And worn I was afraid to sit in it.

They didn’t return my deposit!! Charged me for a smoking fee and I nore my wife smokes !!!

The staff was horrible. The woman working the front desk was confrontational and we ended up after she threatened my guest with "you're lucky I'm at work right now" as if she was going to fight her from behind the counter. This was the worst experience I've ever had and I will never stay at a Ramada again. I was told I would be refunded and yet I wasn't and when I tried to get my refund after giving them time to process they said they don't do refunds even though she was threating to call the police when she was the one trying to start a fight and threating people.

The staff seemed busy but there was no one around. I didn’t have a coffee pot in my room, we had to wait until the staff came in the next day. The place over all did not look cleans and it had a funny smell, o would not visit this Ramada again
