Very pleasant experience to stay at this new hotel. No complaints ! Good location.

I absolutely love the layout of the room along with the fact that I was able to rent one room for all five of us. It was nice that the couch could be slept on and also had a trundle bed so that everyone had plenty of space to have their own area. I will say the pool inside is kind of small and was chilly, but that would not deter me from sitting here again. Also it was ideally located 4 close access to pretty much everywhere. The bags were super comfortable and I wish I could have purchase of the comforter because it was perfectly weighted. I also love that they have Paul Mitchell products in the bathroom because that is what I use at home anyway and it was nice not to have to bring my own stuff

Ashton was very helpful and knowledgeable with check in and questions. He was also EXTREMELY helpful with a car issue we had that he did NOT have to help with! We were so pleased with his generosity and compassion.

I enjoyed my stay. I Will definitely be back when I’m in Kansas City again!

The hotel was pretty clean. The staff was very nice. Overall great stay. I would definitely stay again.

It wasnt in the city how I would prefer but it was quiet.

We were in KC for a weekend getaway. After looking around we were down to this hotel and one on Main Street in downtown. We ultimately decided on Springhill due to the location even though it was higher priced than the other hotel. Upon arriving the 20 some year old tall guy that checked us in wasn’t welcoming at all. We had made a long drive into town and were excited to check in and the experience we had with him was less than pleasing. This didn’t surprise us being at 80% of the reviews mentioned their lack of customer service. Two days into our stay, our water went at around 10:30 at night. Our room had no running sink water and no shower water. My husband was in the showers when this happened. When I called the gal was less than apologetic, said it was a known and common problem on all the 5th floors, and that our only choice was to either stay they or move everything into a different room. It was close to midnight, I had a sleeping one year old and baggage all over the room. Mind you we were on the 5th floor and the only thing available is on the 3rd floor. With having less than 12 hours till checkout it made no sense to move everyone into another room for 12 hours. Towards the end we were speaking with another guest and they were ranting to management about the lack of customer service and the fact that they won’t be coming back and I know that’s a true statement for us as well. The rooms were nice, but the lack of customer service and the employees will hurt them.

Nice and clean! Convenient location for business travel. Staff very accommodating. Will book this hotel again next week.
