Days Inn by Wyndham Florence/I-95 North

The sheets has cigarette burn holes in them. And, I was in a NON smoking room. The bathroom toilet had pubic hair on it. Not something you want to see. I had to clean and disinfect myself. The lock on the door did not work. I could not lock my door. The level of noise from other guests children running outside my door with their mother screaming at 10pm was intolerable

Our bed was very comfortable. My husband only woke once and had slept that good in over 6 months! There was only coffee and tea for breakfast blamed on Covid but, if they truly wanted a continental breakfast there could’ve been individually wrapped pastries, small individual boxes of cereal and containers of milk, and juice in the dispenser. For being concerned about Covid, the coffee stirrers were in a container, unwrapped for everyone to touch and cough on. Very contradictory to reason for no food. Also, as I was placing my room keys in the soapy container by the desk, the clerk asked me to hand them to her directly instead. We were in room 104 and there was a lot of parking lot noise from their hotel and the one next door.

Old and very outdated. Internet really needs to update this place. It is false advertising. The sheets were covered in dirt and hair. We stayed about a hour and left.

Outside of the building is deceiving. Inside it is worn. Our metal toilet paper holder was off the wall, so our toilet paper was sitting on the edge of the bathtub. Grimy around edges of floor, where the floor meets the laminate flooring. Chipped paint in doorways. Inexpensive, yes, but certainly you don't put paying guests in a room like this. Where is your pride in ownership? We'll always remember this place as TP holder being rusty metal, and off the wall. I need to add, when we book through Hotels.com, we seem to get the worst room in the place. Been told that to our face even. As in, "next time call us direct. We will put you in a nicer room for 20% off."

Quick moving trip, looking for a comfy bed, quiet location, hot shower, quick check in, checked off all of my needs well. would stay here again.

Floors were filthy! Look like they haven't even been vacuumed, from the previous people. It's a smoking room and cigarette ashes all on the floor and chips. Even dust was on the bible.

😢 My stay was absolutely horrible this place had roaches it had stains on the sheets And every it actually had dirty towels we had to go get new towels immediately the toilet was stopped up After just 2 nights And it even seemed like people were dealing drugs this is the worst hotel I have ever been in and paid my money it is the absolute worst it is trifling and the service was very badd the attendant at the front desk tall short haired black woman was very ignorant and disrespectful not kind to customers I hated this place

Just pulled in off road. Hotel was clean, check in was easy. Room was clean, everything worked. Quiet for a Friday night. Very satisfied.

Due to Covid the Lobby is closed so you pay through a window so dress warmly to check in and out lol, and there is no breakfast available. Very nice staff.

Bed was very firm and not comfortable enough to enjoy (First Floor, King). Everything else was good. I slept better at the Howard Johnson across the street two weeks prior (First Floor, King).
