This place is fake. I rented this place for 2 nights for my birthday. When I booked this place my credit card was charge immediately with full payment. I contacted Expedia the day after I made the reservation to let them know there was no contact number for the property. They gave me a number and the person who answered said I had the wrong number. I told Expedia this. I emailed the property and messaged them through the Expedia app. I never got a response, I also made Expedia aware of this. I contacted Expedia about my concerns 3 times before my actual stay, right up until the day I was scheduled for my stay there. They told me to go there and get in touch with the property manager once I was there. Expedia assured me that everything would be fine and if something went wrong they would take care of my by providing a similar type of accommodation the same night. I warned them that it was a long weekend and it would be tough, but they assured me. Of course I couldn’t get a hold of the property manager once I got there. Expedia put me in touch with the relocation team who twice didn’t call me back so I had to keep asking for someone to call me and they would transfer me back to the relocation team. By 11:30 pm the day of my birthday celebration I decided to give up. It’s been 5 days since this has happened and I still have no been refunded or compensated by Expedia in anyway. We ended up just driving back home late that night without anything else to do.
