Comfortable and value for money.
The room was good and service was excellent. Unfortunately there was mis communication over the childrens bed as I had asked for 2 individual put me ups and they had one sofa bed with 2 duvets. Which for a 14 year boy and 11 year girl wasn't fun. They said they would change it on night. It wasn't. However saying that we had did have a comfortable stay and out of all the Bristol hotels we've stayed in this is bar far the best and value for money. We loved the snacks they left every day, the bottles of water and mini fridge.

The food sounded like regular pub grub, but was really excellent. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The exception was reception; we arrived at a reasonably busy time, so had to wait, but at no time did the two staff make any acknowledgement of our presence, or a smile, or open a second desk. At checkout, we would have been charged over £100 too much, if I had not queried it. A shame that reception let the rest of the team down.

A great place to stay!
The stay here was for a family event so just a layover - the signage is pretty bad from the main road, however the hotel is a real gem, modern comfortable rooms with openable windows if you get to hot at night (along with aircon as well), we didn’t stop for breakfast but the bar looked welcoming. And the health suite facilities were good as well. Really pleased with this one and would definitely come again.
