Very dissapointing
I reserved two rooms. When we arrived the check-in was smooth but: The clerk didn't tell me that my room was upgraded (I know under my request but I didn't receive any confirmation previously)
1. The clerk charged us for a different rate room. We ignored his mistake and gave the money to our friend.
2. The bathroom wasn't clean enough and then we found hair all over.
3. He didn't explain why we didn't have service in our room, the following day, when I called to ask for room housekeeping, they told me to bring the towels and the trash to the front desk even though I explained that the housekeeper was around but told me to call the desk because she wasn't authorized to give me service. It was like a block away. I decided to keep the dirty towels.
4. They charged for very bad coffee.
Don't get me wrong the staff was nice and friendly but for sure they need more training to make the stay of people pleasant and less disappointed about the cleanliness. The elevator was completely disgustingly dirty and it looked like a NY street elevator going to the subway.
