Lyve Inc Hotel & Residence

The property is very modern and nice. My room was spacious and well appointed. The only issue I had, the reason I'll never return, is that I booked 2 nights but stayed only one night. In the morning I was notified by the government that due to recent heavy rains a damn near my house and farm had broke causing the potential for mass flooding. After showing the front desk the official government notice along with news stories of the highway going to my farm flooding and videos of the road to the farm that my staff had just taken and telling them I had to return home to care for my staff, house and farm I asked it they could refund my second night stay due to extreme circumstances. The answer was no! It is their policy not to give refunds for early check outs. I told them I understood the purpose for the policy but due to the unusually circumstances it seemed like they could understand I wasn't checking out early because I wanted to or because I was unhappy but the answer was still no. So with the lack of empathy to their guest I will not stay in the hotel again and will recommend to my friends not to stay also. I was hoping the hotel would work out for our company to use as our corporate hotel as I stay in the city an average of 8 night each month and I am looking for a new hotel to take our company business

I have stayed three or four times, and it is always nice except I didn't like the $50 cash deposit seems ridiculous when they already have my credit card and I have a long-standing repore.

The facilities in the room is simple but clean. The stuff are so nice. They do cleaning every day. The hotel food is delicious and convenient, and they can deliver to the room with an additional service fee.

A very nice, modern and clean hotel. The rooms are rather bare, and could use some ‘decor’, but if you’re into minimalism, then everything checks out. Friendly and accommodating staff. Food was pricey but quite good. - need to fix hall A/C - room decor needs a boost

Business Stay

Lumiere is great place to stay if on business. I was there for a week and felt the staff was warm and attentive. Hotel provides many amenities and assistance to most needs or requests. Breakfast had a lot of options and overall rooms were spacious and relaxing. I will be back!
