Das Motel war ein Resort mit 3 Pools wo auch Musik gemacht wurde . Die Anlage war gut gelegen und hatte Sportmöglichkeiten und einen kleinen Park. Frühstück gab es nur gegen Bezahlung. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und relativ sauber.

Das Hotel ist nicht neu und die Zimmer sind gross.Gefliester Fussboden. Für den Preis kann man keinen Luxus erwarten. Es gab Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle in den Zimmern. An insgesamt drei Pools gab es insgesamt acht Sonnenliegen, leider nicht akzeptabel. Sauberkeit war ok. Personal war sehr bemüht. Es gibt einen liebevoll angelegten Naturgarten. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen. Das Hotel wird hauptsächlich von Latinos gebucht, daher oft temperamentvolle laute Unterhaltungen.

very clean room. Housekeeping was wonderful and did a good job. Close to Disney World. Rooms are not up to date but clean. Good place to stay a few nights in tje expensive Orlando area.

After asking the receptionist for a quiet room she gives me a room in the middle of the covered pool area. Loud! People upstairs were moving furniture until late into the night. At 5am a person is cursing & screaming over the phone for the man to get the baby. He comes and proceeds to walk up & down the hall with a crying baby. In the morning i go to get a quiet room on the second floor. Like clock work at 7AM the leaf blower guy is using the machine by the rooms. TERRIBLE for anyone that wants to sleep in. The rooms are clean spacious everything worked for the price you pay. Its the kind of People that stay there that is not safe. I think its either people that have been evicted homeless or cannot pay for an apt or just down on their luck. Sketchy to say the least.

This was my second stay here. First time was great, and that’s why I decided to rebook. Unfortunately this trip was disappointing. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room was humid and I couldn’t battle it even with the AC on. The cigarette smoke really messed with my allergies — it was hard to breathe all nights I stayed.

My stay was amazingggggg I must say it is one of the BEST hotels in Kissimmee I can’t wait to book again. Besides the 3 pools and the bon fire they have a playground grilling area A BASEBALL FIEL anddddd a basketball court. But my favorite part was the hammocks. I just love this place I wish they had living lol

Our room was in one of the buildings further away. Sketchy for 3 young women to say the least. There was a cigarette burn in one of the beds, a curly hair on one of our towels and a yellow tinted wash cloth hanging next to it. The distance to and from the Disney theme parks was a plus, but I would not be staying here again. Next time I will pay a little more for better.

Place was definitely run down. I know you get what you pay for but, I could not find the remote and I think they charged me for it! The TV didn't work, the tub had paint peeling off the bottom and would stick to your feet. The air conditioner located above the door leaked on the floor and I slipped, fell and hurt my hip at 3am! The towels were stained, the sheets were stained and the shower curtain was holding on by 1 nail and it made for a very wet bathroom floor. It was dirty and dingy. Then there was the noise. You could hear the people in the next room loudly partying at 1am and 4am. There was no way to call the front desk after midnight. You have to call security but he didn't answer. I had to park my car around the other side of the building and people were kinda hanging out like crack house style!
