Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel

We booked a two queen size family room and ended up in a large one kingsize bedroom with two pull-out beds. The hotel promised to have the additional beds ready when we would come back in the evening, which was not the case. So we had to get back to the reception and wait for the beds to arrive... Next morning, we had to call for two additional sets of towels and coffee. Finally, the hotel did not charge us for the parking as a compensation (36 Dollars). Otherwise, the hotel is nice if you do not mind to hear the freeway through the closed windows and the guests above you walking in their room.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Luxe Sunset Boulevard sehr genossen. Vor allem das Personal und die Hotelleitung waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Würden jederzeit wieder dort hingehen! Poolbereich sehr entspannend und alles sehr gepflegt und in gutem Zustand!

Very nice and clean hotel. The room is very spacious.

We were a little worried about staying in a hotel during the pandemic but our experience at this hotel was amazing. The staff has done gone above and beyond to help their guests feel safe. The rooms, lobby area, and grounds were very clean, the staff wore masks, the guests wore masks when outside the room, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Outdoor dining is available at the hotel and the food/service was great. Parking was easy and the neighborhood seemed very safe. We would definitely stay here again:)

We had the junior suite and everything was clean with great finishes. The staff was also very helpful and instantly got on things if yiu needed something. My only drawbacks were that i paid for a junior suite and it didnt even have a microwave. They wanted me to pay an extra $25 for one. They also sent me a text a day late asking if i wanted our mini bar filled. The food was also bland, unseasoned to our liking, and overpriced. Id recommended you just order out somewhere. Parking there is also $40 a night so be aware of that. Outside of those few thing's it wss all perfect.

It was great experience overall. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was clean. Balcony had a great view. Room service was okay. We received plastic silverware and food was cold but during Covid we didn’t complain.

Property is beautiful and the king suite was very large a spacious. You can tell the property is older but they have made upgrade through out. If it’s the small details for you then there are some Minor things that need work suck as door jams and borders aren’t smooth, the corners and ledges were a little dusty, but again MINOR details (I’m just anal) One thing that I was unable to Overlook was the smell of the room! It smelled like an old closet or let’s say you get the carpet cleaned and it dries but you kept all the doors closed during the drying process! I had to go and buy air freshener (which was temporary) but I also lit a bath & body works candle, which I left burning during the two day stay! Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I loved the pool area!

Nice hotel, nice people. Try and avoid the first floor as it is a bit noisy, however still quite nice.
